Included in the Price: Fuel, unlimited stops, the driver waiting for you throughout the day, water for passengers, and child seats (just request a seat, and we will have it installed in the car for you).
For our guests traveling with children and family, we provide child seats free of charge. Book your transfer to your desired location (near your hotel or any convenient address) and mention in the comments that you need a child seat or booster.
The driver will wait for you as long as you need within a single day. We want to ensure that nothing disrupts your comfort throughout the trip. You can inform the driver how much time you will need, and he will wait for you in the nearest parking area. We support slow, mindful travel, where you don’t have to rush, worry about costs, or adjust to a group schedule. Enjoy every moment, because that’s what life is all about.
The travel time refers to the duration you will be on the road — in the car. Please note that this time does not include any stops along the way, as all stops are free, just like the waiting time. We calculate the time without considering possible traffic delays or border crossings, so if you are booking a transfer to the airport, it’s best to leave early and allow some extra time.

Within 24 hours after your trip, you will receive an email with a link to a review form. Click on that link to leave feedback for the driver. We are very grateful to everyone who takes the time to provide reviews. This helps other travelers make informed choices and improves the quality of service for everyone.
Passenger reviews are published after moderation. On average, this process takes about two weeks. We greatly value honest feedback and publish all reviews from our guests, except those that contain personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or links to other websites. Please refrain from including personal details in your review, and it will definitely appear on our website.
In the confirmation email you received when booking, there is a phone number provided. The driver will call you shortly after your order is placed. You can also reach out to him at this number to ask any questions you may have. If you are unable to contact the driver within 24 hours, please be sure to reach out to our support team.
You can cancel your transfer booking through the confirmation email you received when making your reservation. Please note that there is a cancellation link at the very end of the email. We would like to remind you that canceling your order is free of charge. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we kindly ask you to cancel your order at least 24 hours in advance, allowing the driver the opportunity to accept another booking. After canceling your transfer, you can book a new transfer for a different date.
Just book your airport transfer and relax. Our drivers monitor flight statuses, so they will be sure to wait for you and greet you at the airport — even if your flight is delayed. We always treat our guests like we would our own family and friends.
The driver will arrive at the airport parking lot in advance, check the flight schedule, and wait for you with a name sign in the arrivals area. He will assist you with your luggage and ensure that your journey is as comfortable as possible. You won’t have to worry about a thing.
The driver will arrive and take you to the address you specify in your booking. Typically, our guests prefer to be picked up near their hotel or at the airport. Book your transfer to wherever is most convenient for you.
