This route will be interesting for both adults and children: you will see real dinosaur footprints, relict forests, a cave, and a canyon with beautiful cascading waterfalls.

Kutaisi – Sataplia: 11 km

The relic Colchis Forest is only 20 minutes away from Kutaisi. The driver will take you to the Visitors’ Center. You will walk along tourist paths under tall trees, breathe clean air and look at real dinosaur footprints that are already 165 million years old!

The rocky stone with footprints is hidden in a small museum, where you can see a large model of a dinosaur skeleton. Your route will also include an unusual observation deck with a glass floor and a karst cave with a large heart-shaped stalagmite.

Entrance fees:

17.25 lari – for foreign citizens over 18 years old.
5.5 – for visitors from 6 to 18; children under the age of 6 are free.

Sataplia – Martvili: 52.5 km

After a walk through the reserve, the driver will take you to the Visitors' Center of Martvili Canyon.

At the bottom of the canyon you will see beautiful cascading waterfalls. The route is simple and equipped with stone paths, bridges, and observation decks where you can take pictures.

On the upper part you can take a boat ride for an additional fee (15 lari). It is accessible when it’s not raining and the water level does not rise too high. The boat trip will take about half an hour. The upper part of the canyon is considered the most picturesque.

15 lari – boat tour (about 30 minutes), available for children as tall as 100 cm

Martvili – Kutaisi: 47.3 km

The return trip will take about an hour. The driver will take you back to Kutaisi.
